We loved the Cozy Cottage. It was clean, conveniently located near Presque Isle and Waldameer in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, spacious, had a great kitchen and awesome garden terrace. Many surprising extras were included. Kathleen is a generous host and thought of just about everything we could possibly want or need. We hope to stay in the Cozy Cottage again soon! A++++ host!

My husband, twin boys and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as described and we felt right at home. Our boys enjoyed the back yard and the toys that Kathleen had in the livingroom. Kathleen went above and beyond with supplying breakfast foods and light groceries. We will absolutely be back!

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years and this one stands out as possibly the best one I've stayed in! Our host added many personal touches and amenities, including light groceries, extra supplies and amenities, and it made all the difference in a comfortable stay. My husband and I kept saying it felt like we were staying at a friend's place because of how cozy and outfitted it was. we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Kathleen!
