Welcome to our conveniently located 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage, a cozy retreat that promises to delight. This charming abode features an open-plan living area, perfect for families to enjoy quality vacation moments together. Two of the bedrooms are conveniently situated on the ground floor. Just moments away from Presque Isle and Waldameer, this cottage offers a peaceful setting adjoining Trinity Cemetery at the rear. The tranquil patio and backyard provide a cozy space for grilling during Erie’s stunning summer and fall seasons. Plus, we’re thrilled to welcome your furry family members as our cottage is pet-friendly.

The Space

The cottage is designed to cater to your needs. Parking is convenient with a paved area suitable for a truck with a trailer or two cars, and an additional gravel parking overflow area accommodating another vehicle.

Step outside to discover a cement patio at the rear, accessible through French doors in the living room. Equipped with patio furniture and a grill, this space is perfect for outdoor relaxation.

The cottage’s layout ensures comfort, with all rooms, except the loft bedroom, situated on the ground level. The living room boasts a beautiful sectional couch, allowing you to unwind in front of the Roku TV. The open plan seamlessly connects the living area to the kitchen and dining space, fostering family togetherness.

The dining area, an extension of the open-plan living room and kitchen, seats four people comfortably.

The fully stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, a blender, an electric stove, a microwave, and a spacious fridge/freezer for flexible cooking options.

Rest easy in the main bedroom located on the ground floor, furnished with a queen-sized Nectar memory foam mattress. Bedroom 2, also on the main floor, features a full-sized Nectar mattress and is situated at the rear of the house.

Head upstairs to bedroom 3, offering two twin beds with Nectar memory foam mattresses. The loft, accessible via a beautifully salvaged wood curved staircase, overlooks the living room and is a unique feature integrated during the cottage’s 2021 renovation.

The bathroom includes a combination tub/shower, complemented by plush towels that will feel wonderful after a soothing hot shower. Kindly bring your own toiletries. Conveniently situated between the bathroom and the main bedroom, you’ll find a stacked washer and dryer.

Nice place overall. It was a little tricky for us with two small children-skylights made two of the bedrooms really bright, making naps tough. The space was a little small for us as well. However, if we didn’t have our children it would’ve been a great spot to stay. Close proximity to many activities.

We had a great time staying here! The host was easy to work with and responsive. Clear instructions were available for us. There were sufficient AC units to keep the whole house cool. It was very clean. the house was close to everything, beaches, food and shopping. Quite neighborhood. our kids loved having a TV in their room and playing in the loft space. Size was good for a family of four. Any questions we had were answered promptly and we didn't have any problems.

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and a dog! Definitely centrally located if you would like to bounce back and forth from Presque Isle, the waterfront, and the breweries! The fence on both sides of the patio was a good touch of privacy from the neighbors! Thanks for the stay!
