The Space

Indulge in new Zinus memory foam mattresses (3 kings, 1 queen, 2 fulls). Every bedroom and living room features a smart TV ranging from 60 to 75 inches. A fresh Samsung fridge, dishwasher, and range grace the space. Abundant cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils are at your disposal. Two dining room tables accommodate 14 guests. Enjoy the convenience of a new Maytag washer and dryer. Entertainment abounds with video games and board games. Relax on the expansive front porch or have a picnic in the cozy back area with a grill – and that’s just the start of the extras!

Access 4 adult bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen), 2 adjoining kids’ bedrooms (2 fulls and 2 bunks), a living room (2 couches and 1 leather chair), a sun-drenched sitting room, 2 connecting dining rooms, a spacious kitchen with dual sinks, 2 full bathrooms, an upstairs kitchenette, and a laundry room. Please note that the basement, attic, and storage room are off-limits.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. The sundries and little extras provided were awesome! Lots and lots of space for big families. The woodwork was ornate and gorgeous. The kitchen was big and well stocked for cooking and eating. The neighbors were friendly and courteous. Centrally located. Enjoyed the Tipsy Bean and Whippy Dip! We loved it and would definitely stay again.

The house was very nice and showed the grandeur that Erie once had. It was perfect for our small family to celebrate our youngest upcoming wedding. The shower supplies and snacks were a great addition as well as the welcoming gifts of wine and chocolate. Daniel was very attentive to any of our needs, we would definitely rent from him again.
