The Space

The dwelling features three bedrooms, including two queen beds and one full-sized bed. A full bathroom is located on the top floor, while a half bathroom is situated on the main level. Enjoy the luxury of a privately fenced, spacious backyard complete with a propane grill on the rear deck—a rare urban perk. The updated kitchen boasts modern appliances that are at your disposal, with the only request being that you treat them with care. Just three blocks away, downtown Erie’s State Street offers access to trendy bars and restaurants. Additionally, the house is within easy walking distance of Dobbins Landing.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the main living area, as well as the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The locked basement and garage serve as laundry and storage spaces, which can be accessed for longer stays upon request.

Other Things to Note

Please note that there are no keys for guests to use to access the house. While the side door lacks a keypad, the main front door is equipped with one to grant you entry. Your understanding is appreciated. For added security and peace of mind, a new alarm system has been installed in the house. Convenient location, walkable to downtown Erie and the tourist areas on the pier. House was as described. The beds may have been doubles rather than queens, but I'm honestly not sure -- either way, they had good, comfortable mattresses. Also, when we had trouble with the TV, Bryce's uncle, who helps manage the property, was there in 20 minutes flat with a whole new TV, which was above and beyond anything we expected.

Bryce's place was everything we needed for a short stay in Erie. Clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to downtown Erie attractions and the bayfront. Loved the back deck and the big backyard, which is a rare find in downtown Erie! I would recommend this place if you're looking for a reasonably priced, yet completely clean and comfortable place in Erie!

Great neighborhood, there is a playground that is close that you can walk to. The back yard has a fence which is nice for kids. The house was very clean. The beds and pillows are comfy.
