The Space

Parking is both convenient and ample, offering a paved area that can comfortably accommodate a truck with a trailer or two cars. This parking area is shared with the front cottage, ensuring equal space allocation for both accommodations.

Embrace the outdoor splendor as well: Each cottage boasts a gravel area adorned with outdoor furniture and a grill, inviting you to savor outdoor dining amidst the picturesque backdrop of Erie’s beautiful summer and fall.

The cottage’s layout caters to comfort and convenience, with all rooms thoughtfully situated on the ground level, while window air conditioners ensure a pleasant temperature indoors.

A journey through the cottage unfolds: The living room is graced by a beautiful sectional couch, creating an inviting space to unwind while being in proximity to the open kitchen and island. A large Roku TV completes the entertainment ensemble.

The kitchen caters to your culinary needs, fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a toaster, and a Hamilton Beach drip coffee maker. The gas stove offers versatile cooking options, complemented by a spacious fridge/freezer.

Rest in comfort in the main bedroom, positioned at the front of the cottage. This room features a queen-sized Nectar memory foam mattress, two closets for storage, a smart TV, and a welcoming ambiance.

Bedroom 2 presents two twin-sized Nectar mattresses in a snug setting, complete with its own smart TV.

The bathroom offers a stand-up corner shower, complemented by plush towels for a comfortable post-shower experience. Please remember to bring your own toiletries. Conveniently located just outside the bathroom, a stacked washer and dryer add to your ease.

Guest Access

Guests are granted full access to the entire house, with outdoor seating areas designated for each cottage. The shared driveway parking area is well-organized, and guests of the back house are kindly requested to park on the right side.

Our stay was very smooth and relaxing. The inside of the place looks like it has been remodeled and looks nice. Every room has a smart TV so that was nice to have with kids. The outdoor seating area is nice and has a grill. Lastly, the beach access is nice. It's a private beach so it's not crowded. If you like collecting unique looking rocks you will find a bunch on the beach. Had a great time!!

A great location and exactly as described. We were in town to visit family and friends and had our pups along for the ride. The location near Presque Isle was perfect and the neighborhood gave us plenty of options for exercising the dogs right outside our door. The private beach was a bonus but it should be noted that your dogs cannot accompany you on Kelso Beach. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available the next time we are in town.
