The Space

Parking is a breeze, facilitated by a paved area with ample space for a truck with a trailer or two cars. This parking area is shared with the adjacent rear cottage, affording an equal allocation of space.

Step into the outdoors and discover a charming pea gravel section beside each cottage, adorned with outdoor furniture and a grill. This inviting setup beckons you to savor al fresco dining against the backdrop of Erie’s captivating summer and fall landscapes.

The cottage itself is designed for comfort, featuring a layout where all rooms are conveniently situated on the ground level and cooled with window air conditioners. The living room is adorned with a welcoming sectional couch, providing the perfect spot to unwind in front of the electric fireplace and Roku TV.

The open plan seamlessly connects the living room and kitchen area, flowing into a dining space that accommodates up to 6 individuals. The fully stocked kitchen equips you with essentials ranging from pots and pans to utensils, and even a Keurig coffee maker. With a gas stove, microwave, and a spacious fridge/freezer, culinary options are limitless.

The main bedroom at the back of the cottage houses a queen-sized Nectar memory foam mattress, promising restful nights. Bedroom 2 boasts a snug setting with a full-sized Nectar mattress, along with secure access to the outdoors. For the young ones, Bedroom 3 features a bunk bed – a twin on top and a full-sized mattress below.

The bathroom boasts a combination tub/shower, complemented by plush towels that feel heavenly after a relaxing shower. We kindly ask that you bring your own toiletries. Additionally, the stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located within the bathroom for your convenience.

Guest Access

As our guest, you’ll have unrestricted access to the entirety of the house. Please note that there are two houses on the property, and this particular listing pertains to the front cottage. Both cottages enjoy their designated outdoor seating areas, while the shared driveway parking area ensures a comfortable stay for all. Guests staying in the front house are kindly requested to park on the left side.
