Visitors can take pleasure in the beautiful and secluded backyard, featuring a spacious deck equipped with both gas and charcoal grills, as well as a cozy fire pit for a relaxing ambiance. The home offers 5 flat-screen TVs, each equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks, ensuring streaming enjoyment during their stay.
The Space
The newly renovated home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a nook with 2 extra queen-size mattresses. A/C units are available in the living room, dining area, and bedrooms for guests’ comfort. Each room, including the basement and living areas, is equipped with TVs featuring Amazon Fire Sticks. Blankets, towels, and sheets are provided for guests’ convenience, and a Baby Pak and Play with an extra mattress and high chair are available for families traveling with infants.
Complimentary coffee and tea with creamers are included to enhance the stay. The basement playroom features a new Ping Pong Table, Foosball table, and card table with 4 chairs, providing entertainment options for all. The home is located in the beautiful community of Brier Crest Woods. Guests should note that completing the Community HOA Form is mandatory and must be done 4 days prior to arrival, incurring an additional fee of $60 per stay.
