About the Property

A two-room apartment featuring a bathroom, central heating, and air-conditioning. The apartment boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and stove, along with a comfortable sitting area and a TV. A brand-new king-sized bed and dresser are provided, and an additional cot is available for accommodating an extra person. You have the convenience of both front and back door access to a serene back yard.

Feel free to make use of the back porch, although we might also share the space occasionally. The pergola is at your disposal when it’s not in our use, and there’s also a secluded private area for your relaxation. The front patio is exclusively reserved for your enjoyment, complete with a table featuring an umbrella, four chairs, and a two-person bench.

The home is very clean and suited our needs well. The yard is a great place to relax and enjoy the wild life and flowers. I enjoyed watching a young colt at the farm behind the house. The owners are a pleasure to talk with.
