The Space
This clean, modern, and pet-friendly Airbnb offers a 4 bed/2.5 bath open floorplan with luxury furnishings and a mountain modern vibe, ensuring a delightful stay. Guests can start their mornings on the spacious wraparound deck, savoring their coffee amidst the peacefulness of the Poconos.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the amenities, including a propane grill on the deck, an outdoor firepit area with Adirondack chairs and a swing, and a relaxing hot tub on the lower level. Complimentary firewood is provided for cozy evenings. The property provides 2 kayaks for guests’ enjoyment at the nearby lake. Families will find a playground within the neighborhood, just a mile away, and a lakefront swimming area with a sandy beach.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything guests need, including a blender, bakeware, crockpot, Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers (coffee supplied), and a French Press. Plenty of pantry and cabinet space is available for convenience. The kitchen table comfortably seats up to 10 people, perfect for shared meals with guests.
All bathrooms are stocked with hand soap and hair dryers, and towels and washcloths are provided for each guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with flatware, cookware, dishes, and prep tools. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, and microwave.
Brier Crest Woods, a private community in the heart of the Poconos, offers a convenient location close to various attractions. Enjoy personalized climate control on each level of the house, courtesy of the Mini Split Heat/AC system (excluding the basement). Entertainment is at your fingertips with 6 smart TVs equipped with Roku, granting you access to your favorite streaming accounts. Keep your wardrobe fresh and clean with the convenience of a washer and dryer.
A seamless check-in and check-out process awaits you with the smart lock, providing a unique access code before your arrival. Other things to note
The maximum occupancy allowed for the property is 10 people. To access the wonderful amenities provided by Brier Crest Woods, which include tennis courts, fishing (PA license required), a lake beach with a playground, kayaks, basketball and volleyball courts (with bathroom facilities!), there will be a $60 fee charged upon registration. We will take care of the registration paperwork, and we’ll only need a few questions answered 7 days prior to your arrival.
Guest bands will be given for up to 10 guests, and these bands are necessary to utilize the amenities (please note that children under 6 do not count towards the total number). As per the community’s request, we will ask you to provide a list of guests and their vehicle information before your stay. The initial registration includes 4 vehicles, and any additional vehicles will need approval and may incur an extra registration fee ($10 per car).
For verification purposes, you will be required to provide your ID to Airbnb, along with a valid email address and phone number before check-in. Please be considerate of our neighbors and adhere to the community’s quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house. If the house is found to smell of smoke or contain smoking-related litter, the security deposit may be retained as an instant penalty. Booking requires a signed rental agreement and a security deposit hold on your credit card. Please note that we do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
Bear Rock is a pet-friendly property, and we provide bowls, a large crate, and some toys for your furry friends to enjoy during your stay. For security reasons, exterior security cameras are positioned on the property (driveway side door). Rest assured, we will respect your privacy upon your arrival.
You will find free parking available for up to 4 cars, and any additional cars will incur a $15 charge as per the HOA regulations.
