The Gem at Old Orchard - Perfect Getaway Within a Tranquil Neighborhood

Please carefully review our comprehensive description. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, with a cap of 8 adults within a group. We kindly request no exceptions to this policy. The Gem @ Old Orchard is a newly constructed residence from 2021, nestled on a spacious half-acre lot in a serene neighborhood, offering convenient accessibility to both Easton and Bethlehem. This residence boasts modern amenities, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and in-unit washer/dryer facilities. The property highlights a stunning saltwater pool that remains open from May until the middle of September.

The Space

Please note that due to the nature of some beds (top bunk beds), our accommodation is suitable for up to eight adults only. Requests for reservations exceeding this number will not be accepted. The total capacity, including adults and children, is capped at twelve. Additionally, there’s a comfortable crib available in the master bedroom, accommodating an infant if needed.

Upon reserving the home, we kindly ask all guests to sign a short-term rental agreement. This agreement will be sent to you via email after the booking is confirmed.

An expansive in-ground saltwater pool has been recently added to the backyard. The pool maintains a temperature of 85 degrees throughout the summer season. The shallow end of the pool features a 12-inch sunshelf, perfect for small children or sunbathing. The pool operates from approximately one week before Memorial Day until two weeks after Labor Day.

The property lacks fencing, and a shallow stormwater retention pond is situated in the backyard. Adult supervision is advised for small children outdoors.

Guest Access

You’ll have complete access to the entire house (except the basement and garage), ensuring the privacy you’d expect. There’s parking space for 2-3 cars on the driveway, with ample street parking available.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. • We strictly adhere to Airbnb’s Party and Events Policy, which prohibits gatherings of more than 16 individuals on the property. • As the property is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, we respectfully enforce quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. No excessive noise during these hours will be tolerated.

You’ll receive a front door code prior to check-in. For security purposes, exterior security cameras are installed on the property, while there are no cameras indoors.

We charge the cleaning fee at cost for your convenience.

I booked this mini family getaway for father's Day weekend, I am so happy I did! We are a family of seven raging from 21, 18, 8 and my 6 year old. The house is so spacious very clean and everyone had something to do. I must say the pool was a hit!!! My kids would not get out! The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was perfect for me since I love to cook! We absolutely love this House and we will be back soon! I would definitely recommend this Beautiful home to everyone! Platform Five made sure we had everything we needed!
