A change of atmosphere is just steps away, as the wraparound deck invites you to a delightful outdoor experience, overlooking the river. This space is perfect for your morning brew, a sunlit lunch, or a serene evening with a glass of wine, recounting the day’s adventures. Elegantly designed loft and basement bedrooms ensure a peaceful and rejuvenating sleep, enhancing your overall experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your culinary endeavors with modern conveniences. Expect a range of amenities, including a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. The kitchen also boasts a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, sink with both hot and cold water options, ample cabinetry, granite countertops, and a practical rolling kitchen island. The comprehensive array of cookware, utensils, and tableware ensures effortless meal preparation. The dining area, complete with a table seating 4, invites communal dining experiences.

Pets are not allowed on the property. Any unauthorized pets will incur a $400 non-refundable fine, and guests will be required to remove the pet immediately.

Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin. Evidence of smoking will incur a charge of $200.00 per day.

Please refrain from hosting parties or events. We request respectful noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Upon booking, a guest rental agreement will be provided for signing, followed by the House Manual detailing property access instructions.

A starter set of essential toiletries is provided, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. Guests are encouraged to bring any additional supplies required during their stay.
