Enjoyed staying at Dimitri’s place. Convenient location to UPenn, very walkable neighborhood. Well appointed, spacious, and clean apartment, just like in the photos. Street parking was fairly easy. Dimitri was responsive and self check-in was easy. The apartment is right next to restaurants so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Also there’s a steep climb up 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely stay at Dimitri’s place again if in area.

Dimirtis is an excellent host. He is a very polite person. He responded to my emails very promptly and addressed my concerns (almost none), satisfactorily. I would recommend him and his house without a doubt. We enjoyed our stay.

It was just the sweetest place with lots of charm! Just out of the pages of Pinterest! Every way you looked there was a pretty view! Such a comfortable place . Nice kitchen area and perfect living room- comfy!!!!! The bedrooms were so nice and the beds were just right! Great shower! It was perfect in every way!
