This property was exactly as advertised, & was a great bargain on top of that. Anita was very easy to work with, quick to respond, & very helpful in general. When my plans changed shortly before my trip, Anita made it easy for me to shorten my stay by a day & get that $$ back. Very pleased with my experience with the space & the host!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita’s garden spot! We had no issues at all and felt comfortable for our entire stay. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available but remember to bring your own detergent. Check in was easy and the host was very communicative and made sure we were comfortable and got in okay. I would highly recommend staying here to others.

I genuinely can’t come up with a single complaint about The Garden Spot, or our host Anita. I stayed in the apartment with my sister-in-law for 4 days/3 nights from Thus- Sun. I somehow messed up what the check-in time was, and we showed up an hour early. Anita was so sweet and invited us to check in anyway! The apartment itself is IMMACULATE, newly renovated, well-appointed, quiet and has lots of bright natural lighting. Having two private bedrooms was perfect and there’s even a washer/dryer in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its own TV, plus an additional TV in the living room. Anita attended to our every need, and responded immediately to all messages. Our first morning we noticed the Kuerig wasn’t working - she ran out and purchased a brand new one that same day! Parking is also private - located behind the apartment, which helps to not draw attention to yourself when you are coming and going. 10 stars for Anita and The Garden Spot! Will gladly book again in the future!
