The Space

Be among the first to indulge in this FRESHLY RENOVATED retreat! This private 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features an open floor design complemented by chic and inviting furnishings. It’s conveniently located a mere 2 hours from both New York and Philadelphia, offering dual dedicated workspaces and high-speed WiFi for seamless remote work. The fully stocked kitchen accommodates your culinary endeavors with essentials such as pots, pans, knives, utensils, a Vitamix, a food processor, Chemex, and a 14-cup coffee maker. The patio boasts a Pitboss grill with included propane. The dining table comfortably accommodates 8, and guests have access to a basement-based washer and dryer.

Other Things to Note

An access code will be provided 24 hours before arrival for home entry.

Driveway parking space for up to 6 vehicles.

Two security cameras on-site (driveway and front door) ensure property safety and validate guest count/guest vehicles.

The security system will be deactivated prior to your arrival.

Please be aware that this residence is NOT suitable for parties. Guests are kindly requested to respect the neighborhood and observe community quiet hours: 11 pm – 8 am on Fridays and Saturdays, and 10 pm – 8 am from Sundays to Thursdays.

Well-behaved and housebroken pets under 50 lbs are welcome (maximum of 2). Approval is required for more than 2 pets per stay, subject to an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Refunds due to inclement weather cannot be provided, as weather conditions are beyond our control. Consider travel insurance if weather-related concerns arise during booking.

Came here for a girls trip this weekend and we all were immediately obsessed with how beautiful this property was. It was giving modern Twilight vibes, super peaceful and private. The furniture and decor were soo cute and they gave very clear and easy instructions on how to go about the stay! We all absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay here again! 10/10 :)

Cleared out woods surround house/yard & it was easy to spot deer and hawks on a daily basis. We also saw a bear 2x meandering in the woods. It was easy and convenient to get back and forth to Jim Thorpe and the rail trails. The rail trails and river made for fun adventures every day. Rural setting is very peaceful. Our extended family (adults & children) loved the house design, games, fire pit, corn-hole game, and hammock. The house is very well stocked for guests and the kitchen is large so several people can do meal prep and clean-up at the same time. The 5 year old wanted us to buy the house so she could visit it whenever she wanted to live there. :)

Beautiful modern home with tons of space and natural light. Our family enjoyed a long weekend here and had easy access to Jim Thorpe town and hikes nearby. Perfect spot for families with kids. The hosts were very responsive and provided recommendations which were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
