Rustic Retreat – Your Countryside Haven in Mountoursville

The tranquil farm setting offers a genuine “down-home” experience, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature. With nearby hiking trails, a convenient brewery just across the street, daily views of our beef cattle, and a short 20-minute drive to downtown Williamsport, PA, this retreat promises an unforgettable rural escape.

The Space

The unit is equipped with a small washer/dryer and even features a dishwasher for added convenience. Additionally, a fully-equipped kitchen is at guests’ disposal, allowing them to prepare their meals comfortably. Outdoor cooking enthusiasts will find a provided charcoal grill for their use, along with a fire pit. Guests need only bring their charcoal and outdoor chairs to enjoy the warmth of the fire pit, as we supply the firewood.

Guest Access

During the warmer months, guests can take advantage of a pool and patio area for relaxation and recreation. Numerous hiking trails crisscross the property, inviting exploration and outdoor adventures.

Other Things to Note

Please note that a waiver must be signed to access the pool and hiking trails. Furthermore, for those using Verizon or Straight Talk phone plans, a Verizon cell phone booster is available on the premises to enhance cellular connectivity.

We booked this home a year in advance, so my husband and his rotation of 3 friends could see the entire Little League World Series. Stephanie and Tim met Rodney upon arrival and asked general questions about his plans. With that information they were able to offer excellent suggestions on places to eat, visit and parking tips for the LLWS. They were both extremely nice and accommodating. They even shared the over flow items from their garden. The house was cozy and inviting and everything worked perfectly. The bedrooms were all comfortable and they have blackout curtains which made sleeping a breeze. The surroundings are beautiful, private and very quiet. The LLWS was a great experience made better by ending very long days at this retreat. If we go back to this area, we will definitely check availability at their location first. We can’t say enough good things about this house or Stephanie and Tim.

If I could give them a 100 star rating I would!!! My family and I absolutely loved staying at Stephanie and Tim’s wonderful Airbnb! They made us feel at home and are so amazing!!! My girls loved telling Stephanie all about their days. My husband and I were born and raised in Williamsport PA so we’re very familiar with the area. Staying at Stephanie and Tim’s was the best decision we made. My girls enjoyed swimming in their pool and walking the trails. It’s so peaceful out on the farm. It felt like our own little getaway. We will definitely be coming back and staying there again. Words can’t describe how much we loved our experience out at the farm. We’re excited to return.

Our family of four had a wonderful time! Stephanie and Tim were the perfect hosts and were very welcoming. They knew we were keen to get our kids swimming and made the lovely saltwater pool available even on some of the chillier days! The place was clean and comfortable. Loved all the little touches that went in to making the place feel welcoming and homey, from the decor to the s'mores kit. We enjoyed the property but also some excursions to go hiking, to farmers markets, berry picking, and of course the brewery across the road. Stephanie was really helpful in suggesting things to do. We knew the place had a 5 star rating when we booked it and now we know why.. it is well warranted! We hope to be back :-)
