Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and there is fast WiFi throughout the premises. A leisurely stroll along the path leads to a tranquil alcove on Raystown Lake, perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.
Conveniently situated, the property is a 15-minute drive to Seven Points Marina, a 10-minute drive to Historic Downtown Huntingdon, and a 50-minute drive to Penn State’s Beaver Stadium.

The first-floor Bear bedroom boasts a private full bath, a Queen-sized bed, and a twin pull-out loveseat. The living room boasts a 55-inch Smart TV, complemented by Smart TVs in each bedroom.

- The property is conveniently located around 400 yards from the optimal alcove for kayaking and swimming on Raystown Lake. For those who prefer not to walk the full distance, there is an option to drive to the end of the paved road and park, then take a brief path (approximately 150 yards) to the lake. This peaceful area, known as the Hawns Run alcove, is designated a no-wake zone, ideal for various water activities. It’s also home to the Snyder’s Run boat launch.
- For boating enthusiasts, the nearest boat launch sites are Snyder’s Run and Seven Points Marina, both within a 10-minute drive. Once on the water, the lake alcove, just 400 yards from the home, serves as a convenient spot for anchoring or mooring. This alcove is situated directly across from the Snyder’s Run boat launch.
- Guests with boats can either store them in the driveway or consider contacting Seven Points Marina for temporary slip arrangements if they intend to keep the boat in the water throughout their stay.
