Jens place was awesome. Very comfortable and cozy. We are a family of 6. 4 kids and they liked the place very well. One take away is that I must have overlooked it being only one TV in the house. Which was fine but I just assumed there were TVs in every room. Overall nice cozy place. Restaurants within walking distance. Lovveddd Libertee Grounds, food was excellent! I can see me rebooking in the future with Jen.

We (family of 6) stayed at Jen's place for a night to spend 2 days in Philadelphia. Right before I made the reservation, it was clear that Jen was a very responsive host. This continued with any questions I had during the stay, which were very few. The place is as described, relatively new and well appointed. The living area is an inviting space with an open kitchen, which is well equipped and stocked. The bedrooms had everything you would usually need and then there were extra linens in the closets in case one needed something more. Bathrooms were clean, and were stocked with the basic toiletries (which is not always the case, so thank you). Parking spot at the back of the property was very convenient. The only caveat is that the neighborhood felt a bit transitional, but I don't know Philadelphia well and hence I would discount that. It is 10 minute drive to historic part of the city. The property felt like home because of the way it is done. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We had a great time here. Jen reached out immediately upon booking to help ensure the best stay possible and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to eat/drink. The immediate neighborhood does not have a ton going on, but we were within pretty easy reach of Fishtown restaurants, Eastern State Penitentiary (a good tour!), Fairmount Park and the museum. In the apartment, everything was well appointed and the three sizable bedrooms were nicely separated so that everybody could have their own space.
