We had a great time staying at Maria’s place during our first visit to Philadelphia. Although we were unsure about parking initially, we were always able to find parking close by on Philadelphia Avenue. The location is a short walk to the museum and the infamous steps from Rocky, and the zoo is only approximately a mile away as well. The home was inviting and truly felt like a home away from home. We’re looking forward to visiting again in the future and we highly recommend this listing if you are planning a visit to Philly!

Comfortable, clean, adorable accommodations in a fabulous area! Maria was an outstanding host, very responsive and kind, and the accommodations could not have been better for us. Don’t look any further. Maria’s place is just perfect. Centrally located, an excellent coffee shop 2 blocks away, and a bus on the corner that takes you right downtown. Maria is a fantastic host. Not only did she provide us with a list and description of nearby restaurants as we were arriving late in the evening, she also had some snacks awaiting us so we’d have something to eat as soon as we arrived. She went far over and above our expectations.
