The Space
Accommodates 1-6 guests. Additional guest fee applies for parties exceeding 4 individuals. Pets are not permitted.
Upstairs are the bedrooms along with a half bath. There’s a full bed in a private room, a trundle bed in another private room, and a bunk bed in a common area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a comprehensive selection of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The house is equipped with WiFi, a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a collection of DVDs. Additionally, there’s a Fire Stick for accessing your favorite shows, and Netflix account access is available.
Stay cozy during chilly fall/winter nights with electric baseboard heating, and stay cool during hot summer days with window air conditioning units. On-site washer and dryer available for your convenience.
The cottage boasts a heated enclosed front porch with a view of the lake, furnished with chairs for relaxation and two hammock swings.
The foliage-filled backyard is equipped with a picnic table, a patio table with an umbrella, and additional cushioned seating. There’s ample space to find your comfort.
A gas grill is ready for use on the patio, and a fire pit is just a few steps away, complete with a bundle of firewood included with each rental.
Though not lakefront, this lake house offers all the modern amenities with simple and contemporary decor. It’s located at the end of a peaceful road, a short distance from the lake. The serene location is perfect for leisurely walks.
The “boardwalk” walking trail with a shoreline fishing spot is right outside the front door, providing an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature.
The property’s strategic location, minutes away from I-81 and I-80, offers swift access to nearby attractions like skiing, casinos, state and local parks, arenas, amusement parks, and concert venues.
Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles or two vehicles and a trailer.
Between April 1st and October 15, guests can enjoy 2 single kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and 4 pool floats. Please note that renters are responsible for the full cost of equipment if lost, damaged, or stolen.
Guests are welcome to bring their own motorboat, and a state boat launch is located less than 1/4 mile from the property.
Other Things to Note
This location does not provide direct lakefront access.
Please note that only guests listed on the rental agreement are allowed to occupy the property during the rental period. No parties or gatherings are permitted.
