Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms adorned with queen beds and ample clothing storage. The house features two full bathrooms – one conveniently located on the main floor and the other situated in the basement, boasting a bathtub.
The fully furnished basement boasts two sofa beds for additional comfort. Furthermore, an air mattress will be at your disposal, ready to be set up in the basement area.
A bar area graces the basement, thoughtfully stocked with a selection of alcoholic beverages for your enjoyment; your courtesy in handling these provisions is greatly appreciated. For those in need of a workspace, a desk and compact work area are also available, complete with provided WiFi details.

The outdoor space is equally inviting, offering multiple relaxation spots and a generously sized yard. The property features a charming koi pond, with provisions available for feeding the fish.

Visitors are granted entry to two bedrooms, a complete bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room on the main level. Additionally, guests enjoy full privileges to a meticulously furnished basement, complete with an expansive living area, a charming bar, comfortable sofa beds, and an additional full bathroom.
However, it’s important to note that certain areas are designated for the owner’s storage and are off-limits to guests. These include the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the rear closet in the basement, the garage, and the shed.

A selection of spices, condiments, and various small food items are at your disposal. Should you have any specific culinary preferences, we recommend bringing those items along.
Parking options include both the driveway and the grassy area. The driveway can comfortably accommodate up to four vehicles.
While this is a pet-friendly environment, we kindly request that you exercise common sense. If your pet has a tendency to cause damage when left unattended, we suggest utilizing a crate for their safety. Additionally, all pets must be house-trained.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your dog. Complimentary dog bags are available, and a designated trashcan by the deck is provided for their disposal.
Please treat both the house and the surrounding neighbors with respect. Exterior security cameras are in place solely for safety purposes. It’s important to note that there are no cameras within the interior spaces of the house.
