The Space

As you approach the home, you’ll be greeted by a well-lit private driveway with ample parking for your entire group. Upon entering the home, you’ll be captivated by the impressive views of the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area featuring marbled flooring, a fully renovated kitchen, an electric fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an expansive 82’’ 4K QLED television. This area offers a view of the fenced-in backyard, complete with a private in-ground pool (depth ranging from 3 to 8 feet), a deck lounge, a grill, and an enclosed spa room featuring the brand-new 8-person hot tub, including a lounger seat. The backdoor leading to the pool and deck is equipped with a chime for added family safety.

Enjoy the expansive bonus room/bedroom situated above the garage. It’s equipped with ping pong, a poker/game table, bean bags, and a functional office desk. The bunk bed features two full beds and a pull-out twin, comfortably accommodating three guests, with a maximum capacity of five. Weight limits apply: top full bed 250 lbs, bottom full bed 300 lbs, and pull-out twin 175 lbs. An attached closet contains a variety of games, including a poker set, games suitable for adults, families, and kids. The en-suite bathroom features a single-vanity and a standing shower.

Other Things to Note

All bathrooms are stocked with paraben-free, sulfate-free, phosphate-free, and gluten-free shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. These products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, never tested on animals. Please be aware that yard maintenance is performed every other Wednesday, with the possibility of schedule changes due to weather conditions. The pool undergoes a “deep cleaning” every other week, with the specific day of the week subject to change. Routine cleanings are conducted between guest stays. Lastly, please take note that there is a potential for outdoor noise during weekday business hours due to ongoing excavation activities in the vicinity.

We had a great time at Kaci’s place. She was very helpful and was quick to respond. Check in was easy, the house was stocked with what we needed, and the house was just like the pictures. It was quiet since the house was set back and no one was around you. I would definitely go back again!
