Escape to our Lake House nestled within the picturesque Saw Creek Estate Community, conveniently located just an hour and a half away from NYC. Bushkill Falls, Shawnee Ski Resort, TreeVenture Zip lining, snow tubing, and golf courses are only a short 15-minute drive away, while the excitement of Camelback ski/water park resort awaits just 35 minutes from our doorstep.

The Space

Step into a beautifully appointed Lake House, a haven for relaxation and recreation. Complete with modern comforts including A/C, washer and dryer, four smart TVs, a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary coffee and tea, and a cozy indoor fireplace. The outdoor space boasts an inviting firepit, a foosball table, two vintage-style arcade games, and a SmartTV for connecting your personal gaming devices.

Indulge in the wet bar with seating for four, fire up the BBQ grill, and engage in board games for endless entertainment. The lower-level game area even features an additional Queen-size air mattress for added comfort. The first-level deck grants access to our private lakefront area, where you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery and use our two kayaks for an unforgettable experience. Parking is available for up to five cars.

Please note that due to the lakeside location, there are stairs to navigate when accessing the house and a combination of stairs and a slope leading to the fire pit – all part of the natural terrain. The indoor fireplace is not for use, but worry not, a fantastic outdoor firepit near the water awaits your enjoyment.

We provide bed linens, along with additional towels and beach towels for use by the private lake area. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with standard cooking essentials, ensuring convenience during your stay. Enjoy the scenic view from the primary deck off the kitchen, an ideal spot for all-season BBQs or a quiet morning coffee.

Guest Access

During your stay, you’ll have full access to the home and lakefront property, excluding the first-floor hall closet, reserved for cleaning purposes.

Other Things to Note

Your booking includes 6 complimentary badges, which provide access to the community amenities. Children under 5 years old are exempt from needing a badge.

For community access, all guests must be registered. As part of the check-in procedure, I will provide a form that needs to be completed.

Please note that due to the lakeside location, access to the house involves navigating stairs. There is a combination of stairs and a slope leading to the fire pit. This is inherent to the natural terrain of the area.
