As you settle in, consider indulging in the soothing warmth of the six-person spa, perfect for unwinding after a day’s adventures. Marvel at the night sky as you soak, or opt for a serene moment on the inviting back patio, where you can sip coffee to the backdrop of birdsong. Venture into the sprawling three-acre woods, explore local eateries and shops, or embark on a hike in the nearby mountains. At day’s end, sink into the embrace of one of our luxurious queen beds for a restful sleep. Your comfort is our priority, and we’re here to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

The Space

Inside, you’ll find three equally comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, closet, and nightstand. The fully equipped KITCHEN features a stove, microwave, fridge, Keurig machine, blender, table, chairs, toaster, as well as bowls, cups, plates, and cooking utensils. The FAMILY room is a sunlit space adorned with two couches, a recliner, a coffee table, and side tables. A conveniently appointed BATHROOM awaits, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet. For added convenience, there’s a LAUNDRY room equipped with a washer, dryer, and a dedicated desk workspace.

Step outside and discover the charm of our outdoor spaces. A spacious, LARGEG PATIO offers outdoor dining, a bubbling hot tub, and inviting lights. The FRONT PORCH provides a cozy spot to relax.

Explore the ample BACK YARD and woods, complete with a gentle creek. There’s plenty of space to enjoy some outdoor activity. You’re welcome to explore the 3 acres of yard and woods at the back of the house, including the small creek named Dry Run.

Guest Access

You will have complete access to the entire three-bedroom home, including one bathroom and a beautiful deck at the rear. Enjoy the spacious backyard and wood lot for exercise and exploration.

Other Things to Note

Please note that this is a two-story home with all bedrooms located on the second floor and a compact bathroom with a shower on the first floor. Troxelville Road runs near the front of the house, so if you’re traveling with children, kindly ensure they stay away from the road. Also, be aware that T & Ds’ Cats of the World is half a mile away, so occasional throaty roars may be heard.

We really enjoyed the hot tub. We had a short stay but it was very relaxing. The main road is very close to the front of the house but the back yard is very nice.
