Adjacent to the municipal park, featuring sports facilities and a playground, our cottage provides a perfect blend of tranquility and recreation.

The Space

Nestled on a 7-acre property, the cottage enjoys an abundance of natural light. Alongside its single bedroom, extra sleeping accommodations can be found on the sofa or a twin air bed. The main house, where a family of five resides alongside a friendly dog and cat, is a mere 150 feet away. The family tends to the property and embraces the presence of chickens, a rooster, ducks, and sheep, creating a distinctive pastoral ambiance for guests to savor.

Despite being relatively new to hosting, the hosts are committed to ensuring guests’ satisfaction. To confirm a reservation, guests are kindly asked to provide an introduction and explain the purpose of their visit. Carolynn And Simon are wonderful host, they are attentive and have a great property. You can tell they take great care of it. The house is out of a fairytale. Hanzel and Gretel comes to mind when I see their house. I would definitely recommend their place to stay, and I will be coming back as soon as I can.

Very cozy cottage. Everything set up to make you feel right at home. The drive in the surrounding area is beautiful and enough reason to make the trip. Beautiful landscape.

Carolynn and Simon were lovely hosts! I stayed at their cozy spot for the weekend to celebrate my graduation at Villanova University. The cabin is isolated but close enough to Lancaster and Philadelphia if you wanted to spend a day out. I don't love the city, so I enjoyed being able to get back out to this quiet spot at night. Everything was very homey and welcoming. The perfect weekend getaway. I hope to come back again!
