The Space

This historic mansion dating back to 1858 boasts captivating 22-foot high ceilings. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. The living room exudes a boho charm and is equipped with a large screen TV. The generously sized full galley kitchen includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. The bedroom is impressively large, featuring a TV, desk, and an adjoining office space that overlooks the Wilkes University campus. This apartment, labeled as 2a, is located on the second floor and requires ascending stairs for access.

Guest Access

Ample off-street parking is available at the back of the building, with well-lit parking spaces. The central downtown location provides guests with easy access to various restaurants and attractions, including downtown movie theaters and fine arts venues. Bus, taxi, Uber, and Lyft services are all readily accessible.

Other Things to Note

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire apartment. A cot is provided in the bedroom, serving as the single bed mentioned in the listing, and it does not have its own private room.
