Step out onto the large wraparound deck, where you can take in the surrounding tranquility or gather around one of the 2 outdoor fire pits for cozy conversations. With 4 TVs equipped with Roku devices, clean linens and towels provided, and the convenience of driveway parking for 6+ cars, your comfort is paramount.

The Space

The Good Nook is nestled in the Split Rock section of Lake Harmony, perfectly positioned between Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resorts. Recent renovations have transformed this space, reflected in the updated pictures showcased.

On the upper floor (main level), you’ll find an inviting entrance with a coat closet, an open living space with new furnishings including a large sectional couch and lounge piece, an 8-seating dining room table, and a fully stocked kitchen with a 4-seating island. Three charming bedrooms, Bedrm #1 with a twin and twin/full bunk bed, Bedrm #2 with a queen bed, and Bedrm #3 with another queen bed, provide restful nights. A full bathroom with a shower/tub completes this level.

Venture to the lower floor for entertainment galore. Revel in the full bar setup for the adults, engage in games like foosball and wall games in the game room area, or relax on the lounge with two couches, one of which is a pull-out couch. Bins filled with board games and kids’ activities add to the fun. Bedrm #4 hosts a double/full size bed, while a full bathroom with a standing shower ensures convenience.

Outdoors, the expansive deck features an oversized picnic table, grill and serving table, additional seating, and Adirondack chairs. Enjoy evenings around the large fire pit area off the deck, or opt for a smaller fire pit along the driveway.

Guest Access

As a guest, you have access to all areas of the property, with the exception of the 2 owner’s closets and the locked storage area under the stairs.

The house and grounds fit our needs. The place is well laid out with lots of space for large groups while also allowing for privacy if someone needs a break from the group. The deck is huge, with good space for outdoor entertaining. The fire pit area is quite large, and there is plenty of wood for fires and s'mores. The grill worked well and has been well cared for, so it was easy to keep clean. There is a gas fire pit on the deck that allows for outdoor warmth on those cooler evenings. The bar in the lower indoor entertainment area was nice for those who enjoy making cocktails. This place was exactly what our large group of 14 needed.
