Family-Friendly Retreat in Benton – Rustic Cabin

Experience the charm of our delightful 7-acre cabin, just a mile from Ricketts Glen State Park.

This cabin offers a harmonious blend of rustic aesthetics and modern comforts. You’ll find conveniences like air conditioning, high-speed internet, DISH TV, and a fully equipped kitchen recently remodeled with utensils, place settings, glasses, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Inside, a cozy indoor gas fireplace beckons, while outside, you can gather around the fire pit or relax on the spacious deck. A charcoal grill is also at your disposal. The cabin boasts three queen bedrooms, with two upstairs and one downstairs featuring a small en suite bathroom.

The Space

Please take note that there are serene landscape ponds on the property, so extra care is advised when near water, especially with children.

During your stay, embrace the opportunity to disconnect and immerse yourself in nature, as the cabin’s internet service is the sole provider in the area, with varying speeds and connectivity.

For families traveling with little ones, a child’s high chair and a pack-and-play are available for use.

We’ve waived the cleaning fee for this rental. It’s important to mention that while sheets and towels can be provided at an additional fee, guests are also welcome to bring their own.

Kindly remember that firewood is not supplied but can be easily purchased nearby.

Check-in time is at 4 pm, and checkout is scheduled for 11 am.

Other Things to Note

When using the fire pit, we recommend purchasing firewood either locally or from the cabin’s vicinity. To safeguard against lantern fly infestations that have affected other parts of Pennsylvania, kindly refrain from bringing firewood from outside the area.

As a precaution against unexpected events and cancellations, we strongly advise all our guests to consider purchasing travel insurance.
