The Space

Upon your arrival, charge your car at the EV charging station before venturing onto the covered porch. As you step inside, the expansive first-floor mudroom greets you, featuring a Queen bedroom and an accessible, wheelchair-friendly bathroom. Continue along the hallway to discover a living room and dining room adorned with coffered ceilings soaring to 11 feet – a royal setting indeed. Adjacent is the capacious kitchen, complete with Viking appliances, a generous island, and a charming breakfast nook.

The second floor houses the remaining bedrooms – 4 Queens and 1 Full. Two of these rooms are thoughtfully equipped with desks, lighting, and outlets, catering to remote work needs. Two full bathrooms grace this level. The final room on the second floor is a delightful kids’ playroom equipped with arcade games, life-sized Jenga, Connect-4 games, and a built-in bed beneath the stairs, topped with a memory foam mattress.

Ascend to the top floor to experience the Green Monster in action. A 14-foot indoor spiraling slide connects the third floor to the playroom on the second floor. This level also features a kids’ TV room with a cozy couch, bean bags, two extra convertible kids’ sofa beds, and another twin bunk.

For an added surprise, access the basement through a hidden door – if you can find it! Beyond this door lies a Prohibition-era bar room, complete with a pool table, a fully stocked custom bar with a sink, a Smart TV, a half bathroom, and a Bluetooth Phonograph.
