This place was perfect for our family's memorial/celebration trip to commemorate the life of my late father-in-law. Marienville, Kellettville, and the surrounding area hold a place very near and dear to the family's hearts and this home was such a peaceful and serene place for us to gather for the occasion. We felt right at home with the comfortable furniture, fantastic deck, and enough space for everyone. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed at Mary Ellen's cabin for a weekend with family. What an amazing time we had! The cabin is exactly like the pictures, super cozy and private. The deck on the back was our favorite spot and we spent the majority of our time there playing games, chatting, and eating meals. We saw lots of wildlife which was super exciting, especially for the little ones. I did reach out to Mary Ellen several times with questions about the cabin and area several times prior and during the stay. She was ALWAYS super quick to respond and even went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place and we are already speaking of coming back for another vacation.

Mary Ellen was an excellent host and the home was perfect! Clean as can be, comfortable beds, all of the amenities in working order. It is in a great location and feels very private and secluded. Loved the wall of windows in the living room and waking up to morning fog and deer in the yard. Nice deck for morning coffee, fire pit and chairs were perfect for evening gatherings. Highly recommend!
