Exclusive Spring House Suite Nestled on a 100-Acre Farm – Glenville

We’re thrilled to extend a warm welcome to our summer house—an enchanting secondary dwelling adjacent to our main home. Nestled amidst the serene beauty of our 100-acre valley in South Central PA, this cozy retreat was lovingly transformed from a 150-year-old summer house (once used for cooking during the warmer months) into a modern bedroom suite. Here, you can enjoy the comforts of modern living while immersing yourself in the natural splendor that surrounds you.

The Space

This charming brick retreat offers an ideal setting for various experiences. During your stay, take a refreshing dip in our pool (open May-Sept, weather permitting) or explore our working farm. Please be mindful of tractors and electric fences while wandering the farm, and remember to prioritize your safety. While the main house, barn, gated animal yards, and other outbuildings are off-limits, we are always available to assist you.

Other Things to Note

Our property is entirely smoke, vape, tobacco, and drug-free.

While we adore animals, we do not allow other pets on the property.

Please note that due to the age of the building, there are three steps for access, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Your stay at our summer house promises a harmonious blend of comfort and natural beauty in a tranquil setting.

My wife and I loved our stay here. It was beautiful. We loved walking the farm, being close to the Heritage Bike trail, driving the country roads, frequenting the pool and my wife especially loved Double-stuff the farm cat!! The enjoyable stay here was great!

We felt so welcome on Andrew and Amanda's farm. They were there if we needed anything but also gave us our privacy. The place was spotless and comfortable. It was close to the 2 places we needed to be that weekend. We enjoyed walking around, looking at the animals, learning about the history of the farm. Daisy and Double Stuffed would come around from time to time and say hello, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable. I'm so glad we found this beautiful place and if Andrew and Amanda will have us, we will definitely be back! Thanks to you and your family for a lovely, relaxing weekend.
