House & grounds are absolutely beautiful & game room a huge plus for teens. Beautiful huge deck with amazing views, but only a small table & 4 chairs around it for anytime to sit out & enjoy it. We were all disappointed by that. House was immaculate & couches very comfortable, but twin beds were worse than cots to sleep in; made only for small children, not adults or even teenagers. Kitchen also has very little supplies for a house supposedly set up for that many people to eat at, but it is an awesome place to gather. Lastly the location is beautiful, if you truly want to get away from it all, but it is quite a windy longer ride than expected to State College.

My family and I booked this place for our niece's graduation from Penn State. The house looks just like the pictures: beautiful, private, and peaceful with unbelievable scenery. The home was spotless, comfortable, and inviting. We were able to make meals for our house of 12 guests with everything they provide in the kitchen. It is an absolutely amazing place to spend time with family and friends both indoor and outdoors. We would definitely come back again!

I would highly recommend staying at Brian and Lindsay’s place! The view was gorgeous and not too secluded. It was about a 30 minute drive to get to State College and about 15 minutes to get to Moshannon State Park. I would just note that in order to get to the bedroom with the bunk beds, you have to go through another bedroom to access it. That wasn’t a problem for our group that was staying at the house but I could see that being an inconvenience for other people booking the house if other adults are planning on staying in the room with the bunk beds. Overall, we had a great stay!
