The Space

This spacious house comfortably accommodates 10-14 guests, with four bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, one of which features a tub for the little ones.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a double sleeper sofa, along with a 43″ flat screen smart TV offering complimentary programming, including Hulu Live, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, ESPN+, and Amazon Unlimited Music. Alexa devices throughout the house provide easy access to these services.

All other bedrooms are similarly well-equipped, with some featuring DVD players and others having VHS capability. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed.

The third bedroom downstairs includes an additional 8″ innerspring futon queen sleeper and a double bed. The bunk room features a bunk bed with a single on top and a double on the bottom, as well as an extra single bed and a small youth futon that doubles as a chair, suitable for any room.

Outside, the deck and firepit area are equipped with Solar Bluetooth Speakers for streaming music from Alexa or your personal devices, ensuring endless entertainment options. The large deck features a 10×12 freestanding awning with dimmable LED lights and an auto-close function for added convenience. Down by the water, you’ll find an oversized firepit with stationary concrete benches and cushions, as well as telescoping roasting forks for your enjoyment.

Other Things to Note

The house is equipped with a “Whole House” automated backup generator to ensure your vacation remains uninterrupted by power outages, which are common in mountainous areas.

A Verizon Mini Tower is available, and there’s reliable high-speed internet, enabling Wi-Fi Calling on all phones. Additionally, there’s a hard-line phone for your convenience.
