One of the highlights of our location is its proximity to numerous attractions. You’re perfectly positioned along Route 23, granting easy access to a variety of popular destinations.

This apartment occupies the upper portion of a house rented out to long-term tenants. There’s potential for some noise, but we’ve thoughtfully provided a sound machine within the apartment to mitigate disturbances, whether from traffic or lower-level renters. While the main entrance is shared, each unit has its own keypad door and double lock for security. The code for this apartment remains exclusive.

Guest Access

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, offering complete privacy. Your space won’t be shared, except for the main entrance door and the front deck area.

Other Things to Note

Pets are not permitted on this property. Please be aware that unauthorized pets will result in a request for immediate removal, along with an additional Non-Refundable fee ranging from $500 to $1,000, as applicable.

If you leave any belongings at the property, we can arrange shipping for a fee of $25, in addition to the shipping costs.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathryn’s cozy and comfortable home! It was a great location to come and go throughout the day between activities, and we loved the flexibility to stay in and cook if desired in the well equipped kitchen. Kathryn was extremely friendly, and responsive and provided lots of great suggestions for local activities in her welcome book and online guide book. Thanks for making our trip to Lancaster awesome!
