The Space
On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with its private bath, offering utmost comfort and convenience. The Master Bathroom features a walk-in shower, ensuring a luxurious experience. The second bedroom on the first floor offers a queen bed and a full bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll discover two more bedrooms, both furnished with cozy queen beds topped with memory foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom on this floor features a shower stall, toilet, and vanity. To make your stay hassle-free, we’ve thoughtfully stocked every bathroom with towels, hand towels, washcloths, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
The first-floor kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, blender, toaster, and a traditional coffee maker. You’ll find all the essential cookware, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware for your culinary adventures. Additionally, a laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your convenience, complete with supplied Melaleuca Detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.
The main floor hosts a cozy living room and dining room for your relaxation and dining pleasure. The dining suite offers a lovely view of the nearby Amish farm through its large bay window. The kitchen features a standing island and four chairs, providing extra dining space for your group.
In the living room suite, guests will enjoy the new sectional couch, large oversized chair, and a rocker, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. We’ve created a family-oriented environment by omitting TVs and instead, filled the cottage with a variety of toys, books, and games for all ages. Delight in classic board games like Scrabble, Chutes and Ladders, and Candyland, along with other toys for the little ones. For families with young children, we provide a Pack ‘n Play, an umbrella stroller, and a versatile wooden high chair (3 in 1: high chair, rocking horse, & child’s desk) for your convenience.
Step outside and experience our wonderful outdoor space, your dream retreat for relaxation and enjoyment. Make use of the firepit (firewood provided) and cherish cozy evenings with loved ones. Please ensure to extinguish the fire and replace the lid securely when finished, avoiding water usage to prevent rust and decay. The patio offers ample seating, a picnic table, and a gas grill with provided propane for delightful outdoor cooking. The backyard is a haven for fun and games, perfect for those energetic youngsters! You’ll find a bin of balls in the entry, ready for outdoor play.
