Guest Access

You have access to the entire property, excluding the backyard (which is not pictured), to maintain a quiet atmosphere for neighbors. However, the covered patio area is fully available for your enjoyment.

Please note that while we do allow pets on our property, the types of pets permitted are at our discretion, and there is a charge of $50.00 per pet before Airbnb’s taxes and fees.

No guests are allowed on the property without prior notice and approval. If guests are permitted, they are only allowed between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m.

Excessive noise is strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines and penalties.

Stayed at Rick’s place with my family and we all felt right at home. Very comfortable, extremely clean, great use of space, we all slept well, lovely kitchen and dining area, just wish we could have stayed longer! I would highly recommend Rick’s place for a great stay in Philadelphia!
