While free on-street parking is available, Philadelphia enforces weekday parking restrictions, and parking after 6pm can be challenging. The host is pleased to provide valuable parking tips to ease your stay. Additionally, a reasonably priced pay parking lot is located a few blocks away on Fairmount Ave ($13 for up to 12 hours). It’s worth noting that the bathroom is situated on the second floor for your convenience.
