Just finished a GREAT 5-night stay to have friends and family celebrate my son's college graduation. The property was perfect and is exactly as described. The neighborhood is adorable and it was very easy to get almost anywhere in Philly from there. Everything was spotless and our hosts were extremely responsive. Super stay, overall!

Jerilyn was an amazing host that made sure we had the best time in Philly . The townhouse is amazing and the area is beautiful. From the townhouse you can walk to several restaurants and the Rodin museum. I would highly recommend staying here!

We were in town for a wedding, and my sister and I were traveling with our senior parents. The house was very clean and comfortable and we all slept well in the home. We didn’t need a car at all and easily walked to great restaurants, Whole Foods and the fascinating Eastern State Penitentiary (such a great spot to visit). Lyft/Uber was way to access to get to other spots in town. Jerilyn was responsive whenever we had questions. It was a lovely stay in such a wonderful corner of Philadelphia!
