The Space
Freshly renovated, this expansive one-bedroom apartment, situated on the second floor of a private residential dwelling, welcomes you. While exterior finishing touches are still being completed, the front façade presents itself in a sleek gray, while your personal side entrance boasts a crisp white hue. Inside, you’ll find the apartment fully furnished, accompanied by a private, well-appointed kitchen and a bathroom complete with a bathtub and shower.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to facilitate the preparation of full meals. Should culinary inspiration strike, Kennie’s Supermarket is conveniently within walking distance, and the Giant Market, located at the eastern outskirts of town, is a mere 2-minute drive away.
For your coffee needs, a Keurig awaits, accompanied by complimentary bottled water, house coffee, assorted teas, individual creamers, sugar, Splenda packets, and delectable pastries. Moreover, you’re welcome to bring along your preferred Keurig-compatible coffee and tea pods.
To enhance your convenience, a washer and dryer are at your disposal, allowing you to manage laundry tasks effortlessly.

Guest Access
Visitors will enjoy exclusive access to the second-floor apartment through a separate entrance. The yard area is designated as private, serving as a playful space for young children and pets. For safety reasons, please ensure that the gates remain closed. This implies that to reach your apartment entrance, you’ll need to take a detour around to the front street rather than cutting through the yard.
It’s important to note that we share our property with a welcoming gray cat named Marley.
For your convenience and leisure, a quaint outdoor table and chairs are thoughtfully placed near the apartment’s entrance. This spot is perfect for indulging in breakfast or unwinding with refreshing cocktails.
Other Things to Note
You’re welcome to check in between 3 and 10 p.m. at your convenience, but please note that I won’t be available until 5 p.m. Check-out time is set at 10 a.m.
The living room couch doubles as a futon, converting into a bed that measures 45 x 75 inches.
If you could kindly strip the bed before your departure, it would be greatly appreciated. You can simply place the sheets and pillowcases in the hamper found within the closet. Should you need to do any laundry, we have provided unscented detergent and fabric softener for your use.
The yard is designated as private to ensure the safety of our young children and playing pets. In order to maintain this safety, we kindly request that you keep the gate closed. Your entrance to the property is accessible from the front area.
