Guests have access to every space within the townhouse, including the relaxing private patio at the back. We also have a Pack ‘n Play available for use, but please note that baby linens are not provided. Additionally, while we do allow pets on our property, the types of pets permitted are at our discretion, and there is a charge of $50.00 per pet before Airbnb’s taxes and fees.
Other Things to Note
No guests are allowed on the property without prior notice and approval. If guests are permitted, they are only allowed between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m.
Excessive noise is strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines and penalties.
