Luxuriate in the hot tub with stunning lake views. This 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home accommodates 14, boasting a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area seating 12 (with additional space in the game room), two living rooms, one featuring a gas fireplace, and a game room with foosball and ping pong.

The Space

Experience your personal beach, complete with kayaks and a rowboat for your use. The lake beckons for fishing, while the spacious yard is perfect for outdoor games. Delight in the lake vista from the deck or hot tub. Whether in the dining room, living room, or the second-floor living area, you can enjoy panoramic lake views. The second-floor living space offers a chance to observe wildlife, especially during evenings when you’re practically guaranteed to spot 20 or more deer, and occasionally a bear. Engage in a game of pool or relish the warmth of the gas fireplace on the first floor, which also features a game room housing ping pong and foosball.

Guest Access

You have unrestricted access to the entire house, the beach, the lake, and the hot tub. In addition, you are welcome to utilize the community beaches and pool.

Other Things to Note

Please note that the community permits a maximum of 10 wristbands for accessing the amenities. Additionally, the community provides only 2 parking passes for the amenities’ parking. However, you do not require wristbands for the beach/lake on our property, nor parking passes. Remember to bring your bath towels and beach towels, along with beach chairs for your convenience.

House was amazing, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great outdoor space with hottub, kayaks, row boat, dock, fireplace and grille. We were greeted every morning by deer which was amazing. The area is quiet and peaceful. great relaxing place to enjoy time with family. Linda was great, very informative and great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Bear Creek Lake House. The home suited our family with access to the lake right in our backyard. We loved seeing deer feeding in the late afternoon and saw an amazing double rainbow after a late day rainstorm! We are planning to return next summer!

Linda’s place was great. The lake view was absolutely beautiful. Our daughter got married at Blue Mountain and we had her first look and many pictures taken at the lake house. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. The house was clean and comfortable. Linda was courteous and helpful.
